Rules
For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please adhere to the Rules of The Playden
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Squiggles Playden is not a creche facility and does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
- Strictly only food & drink purchased at Squiggles Playden may be consumed on the premises. Anybody seen consuming their own food or drink may be asked to leave
- Visitors who are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
- Only children aged 12 and under may play. Children over this age may play at the discretion of the supervising staff.
- Leave all badges and jewelry with a responsible adult. Glasses should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses.
- Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available to purchase at just £1 per pair if you are without.
- Please ensure only children aged 4 and under use the separate toddler area to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all
- Play is restricted to 2 hours during peak times, please stick to this or you may be asked to leave
- Please do not play in front of slide exits.
- No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
- It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
- Strictly No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
- It is forbidden to smoke within Squiggles Playden, smoking bins are provided outside the building
- Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
- Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.
- In the interest of Health and Safety, and to ensure the longevity of our center, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff
- All accidents should be reported immediately to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide necessary assistance. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.
- All damages to Squiggles Playden property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
- Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing room only. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
- Squiggles Playden Limited accepts no responsibilities for loss or damage to personal belongings
